to Our Farm
Our horse farm
is located in Ava, Illinois, home of Painted
Quarter Ridge and the Brasel Family. Rusty and Rebecca Brasel would like to
introduce you to their fine lineup of top quality
performance horses both Quarter Horses (AQHA) and Paint Horses
(APHA). Many of our horses go back to some of the top
bloodlines and top money earners. The Brasels have been breeding and showing paint
horses and quarter
horses for several years.
Along with their two children, Dylan and Mikayla,
the Brasels stay busy with their breeding stallions, mares and
many foals on their farm. The Brasels offer horses for sale.
Just recently,
we have started a boarding barn, with both English and Western
riding lessons and breeding which is located
near Southern Illinois University.

Our reining
horses and cutting horses feature bloodlines of Nu Chex to Cash, Paid By Chic, and Docs Dual
Pep. Also, World Champion producer APHA Foxy Paleface.
PQR believes the mares are just as important as the
stallions. The mares are all own daughters or
granddaughters of champions or champion producers.
These bloodlines produce horses with speed, bone, and
disposition. Reining, roping, and cutting are their
specialty. We even throw in a World Champion Barrel
Horse.
